Since 1956, Alpha Phi Foundation has been committed to improving
women's heart health. We invite you to once again stand Hand in Hand
with us this February - National Heart Health Month - as we unite to
raise awareness of heart disease in women.

Here are 3 easy ways you can get involved:
  1. Wear red with us on Friday, February 5! The first Friday of February is National Wear Red Day®, a day we as Alpha Phis unite to show our support in the fight against heart disease in women. Take part in our Facebook event and share photos of yourself wearing your favorite red attire to be entered to win 1 of 3 red Rayne Pendant Necklaces by Kendra Scott. Send your name, chapter affiliation and a photo to foundationphotos@alphaphi.org to participate!
  2. Join us for an evening with Geisinger Health System! On Wednesday, February 24, at 7:30 pm CST, Alpha Phi Foundation will host a live webinar with Alpha Phi alumna, Kimberly Skelding, MD (Zeta Sigma-Franklin & Marshall). Dr. Skelding is a nationally recognized interventional cardiologist at Geisinger Health System in Danville, PA. She leads the pioneering work of the Women's Heart Health Project, which received the Foundation's 2015 Heart to Heart Grant. Click here to register.
  3. Share your passion for women's heart health! Are you especially passionate about caring for your heart? Do you have a personal connection to heart disease? Email dkaplan@alphaphi.org today to share your story to be featured on our From the Heart, For the Heart blog.
