“It has been a tremendous honor to receive the Margaret Garth Steinert Greene Scholarship to assist in finishing my undergraduate studies in Nursing and Psychology and guiding me on a tract to pursue further education. Relieving financial demands opens your eyes to the possibility of career advancement and I would love to use this opportunity to receive a doctorates and potentially a PHD to go into political medicine and help underprivileged populations receive adequate healthcare. The Alpha Phi Foundation and its relation to heart health has further advanced my connection to medicine and built my love for helping others, something I am eternally grateful for.”
