“This weekend I was given the amazing opportunity to go to Orlando, Florida with Alpha Phi to attend the 4th annual Disney Leadership Institute. I got the opportunity to build on my leadership skills from one of the most successful companies, Disney! The sessions I attended included discussions, activities, and hands-on learning that focused on leadership qualities and effective communication strategies. I’m so excited to be able to incorporate and bring some of those tactics and strategies back to our chapter.
