Alpha Phi Foundation Welcomes Two New Board Members
Alpha Phi Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of two new board members to join the 2020-2022 Board of Directors. The new members will join the Board in July 2020.
Janelle Del Carlo (Beta Delta-UCLA) is Vice President of Development of the National MS Society. She has over 25 years of experience in fundraising and development, is a past Educational Leadership Consultant, and former member of Alpha Phi’s Committee on Leadership.
Shana Goss Smith (Chi-Montana) is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Upper Crust Food Service. A former International Executive Board member, Shana brings over 30 years of volunteer experience in Alpha Phi and a wealth of knowledge in financial and organizational management. She is also a member of the Foundation’s campaign steering committee.

Colleen Sirhal (Theta-Michigan) and Susan Zabriskie (Theta-Michigan) will be retiring from the Board at the end of their term. Alpha Phi Foundation expresses its unending gratitude for their leadership and many contributions they have provided in their years of service.

The Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated Alpha Phi alumnae within the business, academic and nonprofit communities. It is the Board’s responsibility to provide philanthropic support, counsel, and guidance in the strategic direction and operation of Alpha Phi Foundation as well as raise awareness of the Foundation’s mission and programs.
